Start off the summer in a healthy positive and energitically fun way.

I guide you through a yoga class that provides you with techniques to

- sweat out calories & toxins accumulated.

-boost the metabolism; yoga heightens the capacity of the body to assimilate nutrients from food and gets rid

of what it no longer needs. 

-strengthen and tone the body.

-improve flexibility by letting go of unnecessary tension.    

-improve alignment.

-stimilate movement of blood and lymph, and helps balance the indocrine system.

-stimulate and balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

-postural correction which relieves or even gets rid of aches and pains especially in the back.  

Yoga works into the deeper layers of the muscles which facilitates ideal posture and massages the organs, ensuring their efficient functioning.

 

Yoga practice increases strength, flexibility, fitness, vitality, joy (as it increases serotonin levels), and

thus health in general. It leads to longevity and ensures a better quality of life.

During Yoga class the constant focus on deep regular breathing helps us unwind and destress.

The deep breathing bypasses the sympathic nervous system (fight or flight response)

and activates the parasympathic nervous system which facilitates rest, sound sleep and digestion.

Yoga offers all the usual benefits of conventional exercise and lots more!
